About Us

We are three sisters, Terrie, Debbie, and Jayne, who live in NY.  Ever since I can remember, we’ve had adventures together — some good, some bad.   Some took us up to the most joyful summits, some plunged us down into despairing valleys  — and we’ve seen family and friends go through the same, too.

Terrie is our “baby sister”.  She lives with her loving husband, their two active teen-aged boys, and one sweet dog, in the Mid-Hudson Valley.  Their warm home also serves as the gathering place for the extended family and there is never a dull moment!    She is the creator and designer of our beautifully unique, one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces.

Jayne is our oldest sister and is a loving care-giver to our aging mom.  Between our mom and dad, our child-hood home was always filled with laughter.  Our dad passed away in 2009 after battling leukemia and diabetes for a number of years; Jayne was a wonderful care-giver to him as well.   She has a loving son and daughter-in-law, as well as three young grandchildren.  Jayne hand-makes, and designs, beads and charms used in our jewelry pieces.

I, Debbie, am the middle sister who writes the stories, blogs, and blurbs.  I am a retired nursery school teacher who lives on Long Island with my wonderful husband.  We also have three lovely, grown-up daughters, one terrific son-in-law, and one interesting dog.

We have combined our beautiful, hand-made jewelry, beads, and charms (“Gems”) with the telling of our real life struggles, joys, discoveries, and journeys  (“Stories”).   It’s our wish that they will bring some hope, peace, and encouragement.

May you find little treasures, here, for your heart, mind, soul, and spirit.  Please come along with us on a journey … you won’t have to pack your bags — come just as you are.
